Of course, there’s also warehouse management, certified brokerage services, dock scheduling and so much more. So much more, in fact, it became a complicated message for the client to convey.

Ruan was asking for branded communications that served multiple audiences, including internal team members, drivers and potential customers. We took on the challenge and grabbed the wheel.

To position Ruan distinctly for both driver recruitment and potential customers, we took a hard left with the direction of several different campaigns, careful to ensure that each focused less on the trucks (which everyone has) and more on the unique way Ruan does business (which no one else does).
