2010 Gold District ADDY

December 8, 2010

Red Dot won a Gold ADDY Award at the District 9 Regional ADDY Awards competition and advances to the National ADDY competition in San Diego on June 4 for their Commemorative Poster Illustration work supporting Downtown Des Moines Farmers’ market.

Red Dot was also honored with two Silver ADDY Awards at the District 9 Regional competition for Downtown Des Moines Farmers’ Market including:

  • Mixed Media campaign featuring posters, ads, t-shirts and street banners
  • 35th Anniversary Poster campaign

The District competition included entries by 14 advertising federation clubs throughout Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska and Kansas. Only work that has won at the local competitions can be submitted to the District competition, making this honor even more significant.  Red Dot recently led the local AAF-Des Moines competition on February 19 with six Gold ADDY Awards and eight Silver Awards.

“We strive every day to foster strong, productive partnerships with our clients,” says Todd Schatzberg, Principal of Red Dot. “We take pride in helping them achieve their business goals—the awards are simply a bonus.”

The three-tiered American Advertising Federation ADDY® Awards is the largest advertising competition in the world.
