Marc Kris needed a different brand—one that was true to her approach and her ability to gain inspiration from the land and the owner’s lifestyle.

We developed a modern, sophisticated brand that places Kris at the forefront. It features her unique approach to design and construction and demonstrates how it results in breathtaking custom homes that are easy to live in. The new brand resonated and Marc Kris earned $6 million in new sales over the first 18 months of the launch. They also received dozens of quality leads organically and development projects.

Simple and clean, the typography selected for the Marc Kris brand conveys a feeling of modernity and sophistication. Subtle textures and soft colors add elegance and drama to every piece, from website and business cards to videos and icons.

Like The Marc Kris brand, the website needed to convey modern simplicity. We started with our UX process and concepted wireframes that led viewers through the MK approach to the beautiful custom homes at the end. Then, we designed the pages and wrote the content that set the company apart from the rest.

Telling Kris’ story.
No one is better at telling her story than Kris herself. We partnered with a single shooter to create this stunning and thoughtful brand video that enabled Kris to share her passion for design and craftsmanship in her own words. And she said it beautifully.
