As an employee-owned company, Van Meter knew they had a unique brand story when they came to Red Dot. They just didn’t know how to tell it.

BRAND
Flip the switch.
We started by streamlining their established logo. Then we developed a bright color palette, shot people-centric photography, and chose bold but approachable typography. Finally, we created custom graphic icons to help illustrate their many services.

Shiny new materials.
Next up, the sales team requested a brochure with the new brand look and voice. So, much like Van Meter, we delivered. The piece features photography shot by Red Dot and custom illustrations that help demonstrate complex solutions simply.

Van Meter’s website does some heavy lifting, serving as an e-commerce tool, a recruiting portal, and a thought-leadership resource. We applied the new brand by incorporating photography, typography, and the new color palette to create a seamless brand experience for visitors.
FLEET/TRUCKS
Getting more mileage.
Distributing electrical parts across the state takes a lot of trucks. It just makes sense for the trucks to carry brand messaging as well. We outfitted Van Meter’s fleet with on-brand messaging around their empowered people and their ability to deliver.
